tear and bubble
two naughty imps
escape their wells
wetting surface
like dew drops in
early winter

while the bubble
in its short life
travels upwards
tear moves downwards
in slow motion
mostly taking
spirits with them
seems like any
reason is good
gravity is
just one of them
dropping like rain
pointing finger
at emotions:
mostly at pain
less so at joy
rarely at guilt
sometimes at pride

liquid            .            air
    . through .
air                .        liquid

Sudhir beloved one,
for a long time now my ears have been covered by the drought of no words from you, It is so good to hear you again. Your words are as refreshing rain upon my heart.
Kethry

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Sudhir, this is beautiful. I could see the bubble rise up, as the tear fell down.
Thanks for sharing and I hope to see more of your works here.

Love To All,
Ethel

Fabulous, the last part was so creative and just finished the poem off perfectly. You're a great poet with a wonderful style, fresh and different.

fascinating imaging, this had to have a repeat read before I could pull away to respond...I too love the section about the tear takiing the spirit downward with it, so great to find you here this morning!

I love this one, Sudhir. The words fell gently upon my eyes, as if they were drops of liquid air.
