Fall in love baby, you're sick of being free Get your insides ripped out, be abandoned, feel empty Yes, fall in love, and embrace the pain, Of fights and heartbreak, again and again. Fall in love baby, convince yourself you're strong, Then dissolve into tears when you hear that song Yes, fall in love; open your heart, mind and soul, And then regret forever, the moment you lost control Fall in love baby, relinquish the simple life's reward Taste the bittersweet blood of the doube edged sword Yes, fall in love; let her in deep inside, Sacrifice self defense mechanisms behind which you can hide. Fall in love baby, like I've done many times before, Get knocked down and trampled on 'til your heart's no more Fall in love again, and feel what I feel, Taste the bliss of a dream, have it killed by what's real. Fall in love baby: open gates of heaven and hell, Experience the soul-shredding I know all too well Yes, fall in love, if this is what love should be, And baby, if it's not, then fall in love with me! The soul would have no rainbows, had the eyes no tears. |

Wow. Just.... wow. That was one of the best 'love' poems I've ever read. And if I even recover from the shock it put me it, I'll tell you that out of monotone. WOW! That was great! See, there we go! Back to normal! THat was one great poem! It's my favorite of yours now. It's wonderful! 'Rich "You can't hurt meee!! 'Cause I've got on my cheeeeese helmet!" |
