Something notorious... You better check who you trust, Because most people aren't as they appear, They really wanna slit you from ear to ear, They tell you things you can't help but believe, They prey on you because you're naive. Something notorious... Watch out or it's you they'll bust, They've done it to more people like you, Telling you things just too good to be true, Give them a chance and they'll take all you got, They take from you because your all they're not. Something notorious... They don't love you, and its pretty obvious, They told you they are your best friend, That they will be with you 'till the bitter end, When you wake up face down they're not in sight, Dark is there because they even stole your light. Something notorious... In this game you weren't victorious, People took you for all you had, You're all alone with nothing and they're glad, If you just open you eyes you can see, The person you should have trusted in was me. |

Betrayal. Dark and gloomy at its best. Good job and nice way to wrap it up at the end. |

Dark and brooding, not to mention pessemistic.... what? A poem? No, those are my feelings tonight... I won't delve into why. LOL It was a great poem, and sadly very true. I've been used before.. I know how true it is. Rich |
