Fire the gun into the night air, the breeze is cold, the race has begun. I bring you closer, so you can feel my warmth. I catch a whiff of your hair, as I rub the language of your skin. We are two frogs, in the chaos of existence. Pull me closer, from across the distance. My dreams of reality are nothing but contradictions. I grasp them as I enjoy, and then I wake. For I know my life will be whole, though my heart not so. Rib'it. |

ti, i was talking with this frog the other day. and he politely let me know that ribbit is preffered by frogs to be spelled with two b's.  don't even ask me what that meant, because i'm not quite so sure. nice work m'man. nice work. /jen/ what if they gave a war, and nobody came... |

ROFL @ Jen!  Ti~ I REALLY enjoyed reading this. I have to admit that I was completely caught off-guard by the twist in the middle. You made quite a 'leap' of faith, using frogs in this piece, but it worked, and the poem didn't 'croak'.
