Remembering is something that I should never do.
For every time that I remember,
I always think of you.
Oh how softly you'd hold me tight
and never let me go.
We'd look deeply into each others eyes,
and somehow we'd always know.
I remember the times you'd hold me close,
whenever I'd get scared.
You'd whisper softly in my ear
that you loved me and you cared.
I never thought there'd be a day,
that you would leave me standing on this ground.
But now you are above me,
but my love to you is bound.
I try not to remember how things were,
and how we dreamed they would be.
Because I miss you very much,
and you meant the world to me.
Now that you are gone away,
and the pain is definately what I hate,
Just promise me you'll be standing there,
waiting for me at heavens gates.
