To be your guardian.
I was not put here,
To please you.
I was not put here,
For you to hate.
I was not put here,
For you to look down upon.
I was not put here,
to be broken.

Awesome! this reminds of something a teacher told me once, "Regina, you are no ones doormat" Overused but true. Your poem was short and too the point *claps*
