What meets the eye is all you seem to see
Never noticing what's inside of me
I sit here trying to make myself beautiful to you
Just for you to give a glance or two
Now I'm drowning in this pool
I know that really I'm being a fool
Lust is all you can find within me
Together we will never be
You know that i care, yet my emotions are your toy
Now I'm beginning to realize, your just a little boy
A man is something too much to ask from your maturity
I no longer see a heart filled with purity
You've strung me along for 2 years
My pillow covered in so many wasted tears
All you see to me is a body to use
Now it's time for you to choose
You can have my heart and all that comes with it
Or I'll change the lock and your key will no longer fit

i really liked the last line and the rhyming fit better with this one good job!!

i didn't like some of the writing but all in all a very good poem
