in these dark emotions i search for the light the brightness of it all crawling on hands and knees bleeding within lightheaded no thoughts come to mind desperatly seeking the happiness seems so near but all i feel is coldness breathing heavily taking it all in reaching out yearning for it all to end the harsh pain begins to fade... the mud that once covered starts to crumble breaking away the torture that had once ruled my life pushing back the dirt a glimmer of light appears hoping for more I quickly shove the soil away squinting my eyes the darkness had once covered but now nothing but light rushing out of this hole i collapse in the warm sun sighing thinking this moment would've never came the pain is finally gone knowing now its over living each day with happiness maybe the pain was worth it all worth the cold darkness worth the search realizing happiness wouldnt feel so great if no struggle took place... Hey Ive noticed all my poems were pretty depressing , so i tried to write a somewhat more inspiring , happy one ... so hopefully its a little a change from my others! respond and tell me what you think !
