It's nice to know that you're rooting for me to fail
so my attitude toward everything should just be "oh well"
I used to think you thought I was smart
but I know you don't, and that just hurts me to my heart

When I do good things, it's like you don't care
But when I do bad, you make sure that you're aware
I try and try to make it a better day
but like always, you got something negative to say

From now on, I can see where you're coming from
I know you'll just look at me as if im dumb
But that's o.k. because I still love you
even though I wonder if you really do

Great write. I see this is your second post, welcome to passions since I didn't get to tell you on your first post. Sounds like this one was written for either a boyfriend or parents. I know where your comming from on both accounts. Hope everything goes well and keep up your writting!!
