Umm, this poem isn't particularly the greatest style nor the best rhyming but i don't feel it's what is important with this particular piece, it's the message that is important. I've wrote this poem for this close friend of mine, which i plan to give to her at Christmas (I got a plan for it) anyways ya, the poem is written and i was restrained to using the letters you see at the start of each line, because those first letters of each line help spell out a sentence. hope u enjoy the read. Kris kringle has come at last Arriving on time without delay Now this Christmas you better have a blast Don't look too fast, you'll miss Santa's Sleigh In the event that you do I got you this So go ahead and make a Christmas wish I'm wishing you a Happy Holidays Hope it's everything you would desire Even though you tried, you couldn't lie Attempts to claim you hate this day, you liar Really couldn't fool me, it's the look in your eye That's what gave it away, it's a look of happiness Under it all a little kid inside Memories from growing up running through your head Every single special moment, this is now one Right up there with the best, with happy tears you shed Really wanna know, our friendship has just begun You'll always have a spot in my life no matter what Cause you have got an amazing personality How one person can make so many smile Really is shocking, no idea how much you mean to me I'm not kidding, i'll always be there for you So when you need me, don't hesitate to call There's nothing I won't help you through My words to you, strive for the best And remember you're capable of anything if you try So with that said, stay in touch always, never wanna hear a Goodbye |
