I'm sorry for any pain I've caused you, I'm sorry for any heartache I've brought you, I was only being 17, I didn't realize it could cause so much pain. I'm sorry if I ever let you down, I'm sorry if I ever made you frown, I'm sorry if I ever frustrated you, I'm sorry mom. I'm sory for the nights I came home late, I'm sorry that I forgot to call, I'm sorry that I caused you to worry, But that's what comes along with me. Sometimes I'll cause you pain, And make you wonder if I'm ok, Sometimes I'll make stupid mistakes, And choose the wrong friends, But I will never make the mistake of loving you. Everytime you yelled at me, Or called me names, And told me to go live with my dad, I didn't love you any less. You're my mother, And nothing or no one could ever change that, Nor would I want them to, I love you. Everytime you said I was putting you on a guilt trip, Anytime I told you I hated you, No matter what happens between the two of us, I will always love you. And no one could dare try and change that, No matter what happens, Always remember, I LOVE YOU! Love Always, Your Daughter "One day you'll love me as I onced loved you, |

I received two letters like this, when my two daughters reached age 17...I think I sent one, as well...I hope you gave it to your mother...it will mean more than you know... |

It's good to get it all out, and to be able to say I'm sorry like this shows great strength and maturity. Congratulations, and peaaceful hugs to you and your mom. |
