Leviathan Stirs Hidden by the abyss of unnumbered fathoms, "Ancient of Days" He sleeps within all human myth Sequestered..., by the dreams of God. Eyes open..., older than time, deeper than the sea. Searching..., myriad thoughts occurring, his consciousness re-awakens He remembers creation, angelic war, the fall from grace. He recalls Lucifier, "Son of the Morning", blazing across the firmament. Before his epochal sleep, he struggled with his purpose... Now, all is clear... "I am Leviathan, I am destruction." |

Wow! the first number of verses were so exciting and powerful, the last powerful, too, but SCAREEEEYYY I always felt so good about the leviathan, that he was mammoth sized, but good power. Hmmm, you're trying to shiver me timbers, perhaps? ![]() Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

Thanks VAS and Seymour. Leviathan is actually a monstrous beast symbolizing evil in the Old Testament. Jewish mysticism goes into a little more detail concerning his purpose. |
