“MY FRIEND’S DATE (con’t)” by Bill Charles ~~~~ Wrote a poem a while back, about my friend, and his date… If you remember correctly, was in AL, that’s to abbreviate… Lost he was, in them thar hills, with his date Mary Lynn Bob… Out in the deepest of the woods, with his only real heartthrob… Those hill folk were mighty upset, an outsider coming into their mist… Taking off with this young woman, so they put him on the blacklist… Now here they were in the woods, calling me for help, on that phone… I was one thousand miles away, knowing they were feeling alone… I don’t want to finish this right now, there’s more to come of this story… So please come back one more time, next episode from BC, yours truly… ~~~~ |

  (giggles in delight) Oh my gosh, this sounds so exciting, let's hope they don't get lost by the time you drive halfway across the nation! LOL! This is wonderful, sweet friend, I do remember Part 1 and this is excellent, I'm about to read the conclusion now, we all love you so much!
