Warming The Edges what is it you see of me that others cannot see skin that is so thin that has been dried up by degree underneath thinnest armor is still a heart in pain but a heart is still a heart and here it still remains I feel myself pour on you like the liquid flowing tide with words I dare not speak of and better that I hide but if I speak the words or not you listen and you hear for two are not so lonely where another is drawn near so I shall keep my silence in words that can not be said to lay them at water’s edge where the warmth of sun has spread I’m not disappointed, I never expected anything from you. |

When you find one who can hear the words you do not speak, you are lucky indeed. Nicely written, Helen |
