Tomorrow the Sun will rise again in the sky,
to cast it's glory on my love from up on high.
It will still rise in ages yet seen.
When my love, like this poem will be,
as forgotten as a vanished memory.

In time will go from this life, that light,
that warmth which dispels the night.
That reveals in it's glow the reason for existence.
So on the next morn, I'll greet the sunshine,
and cry out that thine love is mine.

And I'll watch as the Sun rises like a dove,
blissfully singing, like a poem extolling its love;
for all the ages past and forever in eternity.
And as the world reveres the Sun, so I'll be grateful too,
for the wondrous possession it gave of you.

Thank you for sharing this lovely poem, and welcome to Passions. You will find sunshine in here, rainbows, moonglows, and starlight twinkling everywhere. And some darkness as well, for it is part of Life.
