I long for joy of thought again
ease of mind has slipped away
tragedy now looms,
a sense of gloom,
monstrous in preportion.

For was fed in mighty portion.
The demon of deed then done
is now alive, the battle begun,

again.

With mind on edge
a grainy slide
to golden year,
why this fear
now so near?
Companion false
to seethe inside
for the ride.

Treachery of art
stormed the gate.
In hesitate
the watch alseep
so very deep
in mind does seep
memories I keep
