The Promises of Love

Not much left to say.
Is there?
Not much left to do.
Is there?
Not much to look
forward to.
Is there?
Not much left to
smile about.
Is there?
There must be a better
way to fall in love.
A better way to fulfill
the promises of love.
One in which the words
are more meaningful.
One more willing to
listen and learn.
One not concerned with
only having its own way.
One in which the words
and the actions speak
the same language.
Then perhaps it would
be easier to understand
the meanings of the words
of love and easier to fulfil
the promises of love.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh James, I agree with Marti, love is never easy and not meant to be but as long as you follow your heart and make that your right of way, true love will come to you and it will feel so much easier! (sigh) This is touching, sweet friend, my thoughts are with you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet James, thank you for sharing!
