I think bsquirrel's gone fission
with his cracked pen from Erato
for his words fly out in arcs
creating a vivid rainbow.

A rainbow so glorious,
so bright with filigree
that he awes his onlookers
with all he paints to see.

Then the rest of us just rest
in the reflection of his thoughts
a pause that refreshes
it's such a lovely poet's spot.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.
