Two years have passed since I saw you last
And things have changed for the better

No longer crying or thinking I’m dying
Because  you were nowhere near

I came along way from that wintry day
So many  paths have been traveled

I’m out on my own and made a great  home
With love and feminine appeal

I no longer hate, when I look at  my face
Because everything’s there for a reason

There even are  times when I hum a few lines
Not worrying if anyone’s sleeping

I will always walk tall and never feel small
A
Strong
Woman not beaten

Hooray for you! I'm sure it wasn't easy, but you've managed to pull yourself together and you should be very proud.

Hugs, Marti

Miah, I like this write, and I like the way
you wound it up tight.
Good job!
