Peace In Gentle Surround

Listen to the chimes
blow upon the winds of time
where breezes so divine
send thoughts of life sublime.

Hear it as it whispers
to the trees as they confer
gently the leaves do stir
with mother nature they concur.

See Luna shining bright
through the dark of night
oh, what a glorious sight
of stars dancing in delight!

~Feel peace in gentle surround
here where tranquility is found.~

A very peaceful and beautifully written poem, Donna. I could almost hear my wind chimes while reading it.

The wind and the moon---two of my favorite things in nature's realm.

The wind breathes life into my being while the moon brings me serenity and peace.

After I read your poetry on the other page, I looked up more of it. You really have a beautiful way with words! Someone who writes with this much love has to have a lot of love in their heart. The way you wrote this poem made me want to sing the words out loud. Thanks for sharing with us!!!
