And I ask you…
How is love blind?
When love is love
in my eyes….
I can clearly see;
Paused for perfection
Undecided decision
Without a direction
Heart standing still
Gathers time to recall
All things beautiful
And nothing at all
Swiftly and softly
In dream to dream dance
Cloud upon cloud
Seeking silver lined chance
Seizing the light
Sealing the fate
Consuming the joy
That I find in you
My heart is full
Half crazed, tears wept
Rhapsodies sung sweet
in softest brushed hue
And I ask you, yet
How can love not hear?
I bring mine
To you in a song
Powerful music of passion
As my melody
Lingers on ……….
