One Nation Under God Fiery coal midnight skies, produce an encompassing screen for the night Blackening the moons delicate rays, to overpower unsought glimpses of light Devouring clouds frosted platinum mold, creating a barrier to cripple nights air Bringing forth bursts of starlight's dust, creating a haven of opaque mist and subtle glare. Admists the heart of a blue wave fog, smoke stout risings mutely take their form Boldly lining sterling skies, constructing a barren shroud of angers heated storm Delicately dust by rich bronze wings, embraced with strength as widely they spread All tenderly enveloped within shadowed petite folds, of a golden countries blue, white, and red. Hosted by our nurtured symbol of freedom, poised proudly among our waving flag Finely draped with an opaque linen, she shows her patriotism with silkened rags Portrayed as the beauty of peace, capturing independence and strength within her crown of spiked rods Liberty remains eternally strong, lest never forgetting one mighty nation under God.
