“MUSIC ON MY MIND” by Bill Charles ~~~~ Picked up the guitar this evening, started to play this poignant tune… Began strumming some bluesy chords, felt like I was loving, under the moon… Well that’s what it does to me at times, playing these soft sounding strings… I close my eyes, feel the rhythms, moving inside, deep are the feelings… I feel like dancing to this sexy beat, hips are swaying, feet can’t stay still… Perhaps someone like you I could ask, would you like to dance, hope you will… Take my hand, and I’ll hold you close, with my guitar and me, just grooving… I have more than music on my mind, hold me closer still, I’m weakening… ~~~~ |
