Sweet Wicker Wind ~*Marge Tindal*~ Sweet wicker winds entwine me Ribboning thoughts now find me Lattice weave on unfurling breeze of memories that bind me~ Curlicue in soft surround Stitch of quilting's gentle sound All I am in fashion's preen poetic threads of wordy-sheen~ Ric-rac ravels of regret for thoughts that I have not penned yet Sweet wicker wind blow me long so that tomorrow my gentle song will play again in longing heart before it's time for me to part~ Delicate lacing from before when all the dreams mattered more Coming to rest in feathered nest blown by sweet wickered wind~ ~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~ |

Delicate lacing from before when all the dreams mattered more Marge, this is just lovely. It was a joy to read, and I am going back to read it again! Chris Life is not measured by breaths you take, but by moments that take your breath away. |

Marge....kinda like the breezes that flow through our minds each day....bringing out the thoughts that paint our page....till the next breeze flows over us again, and again.... Lovely words....thank you... |

I love the title Marge and I know where you're coming from....I think you know how I feel about all that....This is so pretty and invokes reflection. "Ric-rac ravels of regret for thoughts that I have not penned yet" I think we all regret that....I know you'll get them out where we all can enjoy those thoughts. |

Marge this is wonderful. There are words in this poem that remind me so much of my mother and grandmother. They used to sew everything, clothes, drapes, you name it and they had the machine humming. Hugs, Marti "Even if life is full of thorns, |

it is comforting is it not to just allow the mind to play and be carried at wind's whim? your style of writing is bound in silk strings. jeff |
