highway rhythms are just like ZEN Long days and hot sun can make even thoughts of Iambe waver like a mirage just over the horizon that fools you into spending the last three dollars you have trying to get a drink I'd been gone for about two weeks now headed down the west Texas road where highway rhythms are just like ZEN I think I got lost inside the sound of hearing her voice in my mind and holding her body next to me. It would be another night before I pulled into the yard hoping she was out there bent over in her overalls as she worked on someones newest old truck so that I could come down off the road before she spoke Good thing I had a credit card cause it was going to take more than one drink tonight just to wipe the dust of her out of my eyes |

Long days and hot sun can make even thoughts of Iambe waver like a mirage just over the horizon ================================= I'd been gone for about two weeks now headed down the west Texas road where highway rhythms are just like ZEN I think I got lost inside the sound of hearing her voice in my mind and holding her body next to me. =================================== so that I could come down off the road before she spoke =================================== Ahhhhhh .... timing is everything... I stopped in for a Poetry Salad for lunch... and instead I find Ambrosia .... I sooooo needed some Iambe longing.... would you think me a greedy moth if I asked for more... |

Ron, Thank you for cracking the hot smells of pavement and eye-white lines for me. Mike |

*beaming at you* I have missed Iambe'. Must admit tho, still owe her $50 from that last game of pool (wasn't fair, she got me drunk) Thank you, m'friend. It's always a treat. |

(smiles) Awwwwwww, I love this, sweet friend, this is beautiful, this reminded me of Richard Pirsig's "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance"! (big hugggssss) Bravo, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ron, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |
