In Colored View there are three handfuls ambered down perhaps some more about the town and so it seems the fall is here as it comes year by year the weeping birch is crying leaves on patio, along the eaves and should I look beyond the more I’d likely find them by the door across the lawn into the street while autumn’s sun makes its retreat behind the clouds in changing skies even when it’s in its rise adding to the cool of morn that permeates as summer’s torn yet, autumn has a rosy glow between the heat and winter snow a lovely time of year it’s true its myriad in colored view ©September 16, 2002 Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

The way you've structured and written this poem, I feel its energy and uplifting mood. This is a delightful piece for this time of year! ~ smiles across the miles ~ Linda |

Thanks, Earth Angel, I know I should be getting ready for work, but the view from my patio door wouldn't wait. Gotta rush, now. Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

(smiles) Oh Virginia, I just love the colors of autumn, hehehe, I know how you feel about wanting to just pen that gorgeous vision even when you are on the run, couldn't blame you because this is beautiful, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Virginia, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Virginia - this is lovely. Yes, autumn...the leaves here in Ontario are starting to show off their colours. Isn't nature wonderful?!! I bet it is beautiful in Oregon this time of year too. Enjoyed. Chris Life is not measured by breaths you take, but by moments that take your breath away. |

In our area of Oregon, we have fewer trees and much fewer deciduous, so we savor every one. We don't have the brillian red of the sugar maples that the New England states have and I also suspicion that Ontario has them, too. Am I correct? I had the blessing of being in Penticton (spelling?) in the autumn one year and it was gorgeous. Of course that's west coast area of the continent, too, so no sugar maples, I think.
