If you would truly know me,
You would know more than my joys,
More than my magic moments,
More than what the eye could see.

You would know, as well, my fears,
My insecurities, my crises,
My uninformed philosophies,
And the pain behind my tears,

Know the thoughts behind my eyes,
Know my mood from your sense of me,
Know the melancholy autumn and soft winter,
Know my presence never dies.

To know someone takes time and committment. I enjoyed the thoughts here, and I agree, to know someone is to know the ups and the downs, the smiles and the frowns.
