Speeding bullets and homicidal cars It’s tragic when you let words go too far Speeding bullets, homicidal speeding cars Like the night her gas tank exploded much like a star Greed stole her, style sold her It’s magic in a word that recreates itself into many Causing conflict, no matter how tiny Like the right turn she made and the bullet that caused an epiphany Housing hate, bullets freed into she It’s nostalgic how words so true do remind you Healing warmth, like my hand in hers but hers in mine too, Like the sight of her made me know our love was and is true Dealing with loss, her time was not due. It’s logic not to dwell on the past Running circles, oh how long they last Like the lights as a policeman stopped as I walked past Stunning miracles, that night not a miracle..fate’s spell deadfully cast. |

There was a time when I thought your speeding bullets and homicidal cars was a metaphor for words spoken in haste doing just as much damage...however, now I'm unsure. It this really about someone getting shot? Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

What a tragic story, nad I do hope it is just a poem, in which case it is a very good one, and if not, a very sad event indeed, and this loss would be enormous. The most valuable thing you own is a smile, wear it, and share it. |

Loss quite final and rest the survivors are denied. I, (we) cried. "Happy people have no history" - French Proverb |
