Hyenas “I wept to hear her speak of wild revenge! So deep a sadness, and so fine a woe. How could someone so sweet let evil in? How far will rage and madness make her go?” “My love, don’t fret, for Mother keeps you safe,” she smiled, and blinked away a tear (for show). She took his cultured hands, began to chafe, “With stocks and bonds, she’s helpless, don’t you know?” “Our lawyers deal with her kind all the time- they get the upper hand, they start to crow. But throw a little cash their way, you’ll find how happily they take it and just go.” Hyenas will protect their tender cubs. Are kindred spirits found in trendy clubs? Nan(Pilgrim variety) |

oooh, quite a metaphor those creatures laugh and yet they hold a wicked grin and a very mean dispostion you know, they'd make a good rendition of that pitchfork carrying red-horned guy certainly can't trust him any distance at all Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

Swans are like that also, Nan... They look beautiful, but they are extremely mean... A great poem here... ~ sincerest hugs Lyra |

VAS, I wouldn't trust the four-legged kind, and the two-legged ones are slyer! Lyra, I didn't know that about swans. They're so elegant and serene-looking, I should have guessed. Nan(Pilgrim variety) |
