Cupid took aim and shot me through
It was clearly karma, that my fate was sealed
Destined to share my life with you
Discovery of my true love revealed

It was clearly karma that my fate was sealed
But I dodged and fought and ran away
Though I discovered my true love revealed
I tried to escape my wedding day

So I dodged and fought and ran away
I’ll kiss and run as fast as I can
Trying to escape my wedding day!
But determined, Cupid had another plan

I’ll kiss and run as fast as I can !
But the angel wasn’t to be outdone
Determined, Cupid had another plan
So he lowered his bow and drew his gun

Now the angel wasn’t going to be outdone
Cause I’m destined to share my life with you
He lowered his bow and drew his gun
Then Cupid took aim and shot me through….

Fatally

cute!

makes me think of that recent flick, "The Runaway Bride."

Of course she didn't stop running until the right one came along.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

That is a good kind of fatality, huh

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.

CSK...if this is the one, I suggest you get some nice wool socks to keep your feet warm.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

(giggles in delight) Oh my gosh, I could imagine the little cupid boy saying in a cute Clint Easdtwood voice "You have to ask me one question, do I feel lucky? Well do you...hopeless romantic?" LOL! This is soooooo adorable, sweet friend, I love it, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Cheryl, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
