You laugh At me each time I try to run and hide From your gaze Time and time again You tell me there is No need for me To be so shy But did you not know!? Did you not get the memo!? That I've been Burned a thousand times before And locked and chained the door In which protects My insecurities Vulnerablity Yes even my honesty I'm so afraid To let it be known That maybe Yes just maybe I want to get to know you more And show you a softer Yet spunkier side of me A Prima donna Of your dreams Or even perhaps A Ballerina Behind closed doors But first Perhaps it would help If I could just get past Our first initial Hello... (kiss on cheek) Kudos to you, sweet friend, I LOVE IT, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kristen, thank you for sharing! ![]() May love and light always shine upon you! Well Ceinwyn, I would suggest that you give him this lovely poem. It states your case beautifully and, I believe, fetchingly. ~wranx In reply to "which way do we go?", the answer was never "straight", but, "progressively forward". |
