Sometimes
I can be too hard on myself
And at other times
I Want to take on the world
And tell people off
Isn't there a divine median
Where tranquility
And choas interjoin
For once in my life
Sometimes
I feel so alone
That it hurts
And sometimes
I slam the door
Sit in my corner
Reaching out for Angels
To soothe this aching pain
Crying, pleading
To why at times
I can be so naive
And yet still
Sometimes
My friends compliment me
Telling me how Sparkly
And bubbly I tend to be
Funny how I'm a walking contradiction
Lost in my own little world
And amazes me
How it all seems to surpass me
And how blind I can really be..

If at first you don't succeed destroy all the evidence that you tried.

I think we all can be too hard on ourselves at times. I know I am. We should accept the compliments of others and try to understand that not every day can be perfect. Well done. Chris
