What moves me this way? Tis not the thunder from heaven that causes this tremble till I in weak kneed fashion can not stand without shake. Tis not the quake of ground causing these hands unsteady but in my reach to caress tender breast or supple thigh I am wracked twould seem with palsied limbs Stars should not in times of norm be seen so brightly at noon the time when shadows are gone from human sight to lie in the regions hidden from prying eyes but indeed they explode on my visions let me now touch you again |

I loved the phrase 'palsied hands' it gives the image of age. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

the time when shadows are gone from human sight to lie in the regions hidden from prying eyes but indeed they explode on my visions Sweet and sensual, a lovely read. Battle not with monsters lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you. - Friedrich W. Nietzsche |

Dang. Not only do you come back with one, but a double-whammy, and this one, Sir, took away my breath. What a delightful way to go.... |

You have such a keen eye when it comes to a good storm front, and how they have a way of invading our senses. Interestingly enough I have a poem in progress that touches on the quiver and quake and the emotions they evoke...but you beat me to the punch! And since lightening only strikes once...I will rework it until it becomes my own. |

Is this why I get energized by thunder storms? powerful poetry, electrifying right through the blue screen. |
