Gathering of Friends By Paul Wilson Come ye of all ages Prepare your heart To read these pages Where all emotions start Here to spread our poetic wings We all do journey this road To search life and what it brings A place with no area code To share our gift of words The feelings in our heart We learn to fly like birds Sharing our poetic art Friends that seldom meet A family yes we are Relationships set in concrete All brought together from near and far These pages of blue The tie that does bind The place where me and you Share thoughts of our mind |

Paul, I really love this. I've only been a member here for a few weeks, but I can honestly say I love each and every one of the beautiful people in it. See my "Friendship Tree" poem(it's floating around in the archives somewhere) and you'll know that I too, feel as you do. This is a wonderful place of sharing,careing, and poetry.
