I've made a picnic basket
With champagne just for two
We'll lay upon the hillside
And admire the stunning view

As we inhale the salty air
We view the ocean down below
The clouds drift by so slowly
As the tides ebb and flow

A seagull catches the thermals
Looking like he's floating on air
This day is picture perfect
And only you and I are there

The fresh clean air surrounds us
And the sun warms our skin
In just a matter of moments
Our sweet loving will begin

And when the day is over
Just as the moon comes into view
We'll succumb to our desires
And I'll lose myself in you

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

Sue, oh this is just lovely! I can close my eyes and picture the scene so clearly. Well done. Chris

Sue:  Cascade Head is such a beautiful spot on the Oregon Coast.  I was there just last year, but not in such a romantic situation, unfortunately!

Aww Sue, just looking at the picture is romance enough for me.

Where is my fan?

Hugs, Marti

Every now and then take a good look at something not made
with hands -- a mountain, a star, the power of the ocean.
There will come to you wisdom,
