Lost in the moment of you
as gentle breezes taunt your ears.

As though a kiss were left
lingering there for you to hear
the words in whisper.

Lying in the coolness of
blue flowing the length of me
as your hands fail to catch
the tidal caress.

Softly moaning a call of oneness
in wait of night’s dance upon
the beams of a moon in glow.

Till the dawn comes over the hills
into the valley of lover’s trace
two shall ride the rhythmic flow
of waters blue

And wait…..as the sound of
clinking crystal salutes the
birth of trembling …..
