Who Hears The Sighs Who hears the sighs that fall from lips? Whose touch is felt in fingertips? Where is the voice that soothes your fear? Who’ll still the calm when the night comes near? I’m the fire that pours through you I’m heat that cascades all the way through I’m the voice that answers your sighs The one whose touch resonates in aye’s Whose tender touch does your soul seek? Whose whispering yes makes you go weak? Where is the faith to carry you? Whose presence makes all your dreams come true? My touch is summer’s warmest kiss My voice offers you so much more than bliss My certainty will carry you I’ll make sure that you can feel it too Where is the fire that you desire? Whose power is it to bring the fire? When will you meet your destiny? Why not take a chance on what might be? I’m the tide that flows inside you I’m the trust of real the hopes of true I’m your beginning and your end I’m your partner your lover your friend When there is strife I make it cease Wherever there is doubt I bring souls peace When there is sorrow I am there Whenever pain comes I’ll bear your share I am there in times of sorrow I am there today and tomorrow I will be there when you need me I am your hearts sigh, your certainty Marsha Breathe through the heat of our desire |
