What Colour is My Balloon?(thanks Mon Cherie)

Thanks Mon Cherie for this idea

Why the colour has been red
as scarlet, crimson gashes bled
emergency on the double... type
a drop from the zenith
with my parachute full blown
past open doors and rising suns, I've flown

what colour is my balloon
as energy levels drop it turns to green
I fly back to my roost, begin to preen
scandalize the world with talent full blown
knowledge to apply, worth to be spread
like the canvas of my hot air variety
I'll work my way in sink with dieties
at best keep a neutral path
at worst change colour swaths
back to the brights..my time is short
have to produce..ball's in my court.

I love red, it's an attention-getter!
Cops especially love to ticket people in red cars lol

red also is conducive for concentrating..I think people in red cars tend to attract police the wrong way..for tickets that is

(giggles in delight) Oh yes, I too have noticed that distinguishment, sweet friend, red seems to seduce or entice so many and therefore it is used as a warning and as weapon too in catching those culprits! (sigh) This is excellent, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Martin, thank you for sharing!
