Dark Hearts With in the walls of this transparent existence Hidden behind crystal shards of broken dreams Nothing here nor there is, as it seems There is pain inside the love that is felt here Hopes and dreams shattered as love goes extreme As a dark heart causes yet another silent scream Ashes of a once sweet love scattered By the winds of hate to the far corners of creation Making her react out of desperation Now she has withdrawn Looking for somewhere to hide From the dark hearted love that abides I hope one day that this sweet lady Finds herself in a heartfelt love The kind that is sent from above Maybe one day the ones with a dark heart Will learn that violence is not a way Of showing love on any day alan 06/22/02 |

(big hugggssssss) Oh Alan, this is so well said and so very sad, sweet friend, my heart goes out to the may abused in relationships and I wish somehow though the scars will always be there that true love can overshadow the tears! (sigh) This is powerful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Alan, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! No Alan, there is not a place for treating any woman cruelly...Whether it be physically or just emotionally. They too...are human beings just like the rest of us...and deserve to be treated respectfully, as we would want ourselves to be treated... Thanx for this... |
