Another sleepless night in San Francisco Another person sings a drery love song They walk a mile over a thousand streets of gold Light shining off their new shoes At one time they were together and now nothing The song plays on and on As somewhere in the world she sings too While glacing out the window of her twelve story building She steps to the balconey to get a breath of fresh air Her singing stops Her heart hardens And she falls to her knees He is gone Left Earth bound for another place She weeps her final tears and walks inside to sleep Tonight she is depressed again Love, Ladycat Live in my world just once and you'll find yourself enraptured. |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Vynette, this is so very heasrtaching, sweet friend, my heart goes out to them both and I hope the additional parts of this series reveals a whole new hope and replenished love! I'm feeling down myself. This is a nice balm... Thanks, Ladycat. These smiling eyes are just a mirror for the sun. |

Ladycat, The feelings flow from this poem. And the imagery very clearly allows the readerto see what the characters are doing. Nice write... |
