In the mild heat of a young summer night running wild across endless star-filled skies a lost child searching an answer that's right in the tiled questions within Heaven's eyes What's above, and beyond the edge we live and what of things that will never make sense like true love lost and all we have to give riding dove wings and dreaming in past tense With shadows cast upon such barren lands moonlight glows, fruitless and in decadence giving shows of what is in empty hands leaving woes of each moon's rememberance On the rise within just a few nights soon with new eyes feast on the Strawberry Moon *June 24th, 2002 will be another full moon ... but this moon holds much to my desire. It will be this years Strawberry Moon. create an addiction .... share a smile!! |

In the mild heat of a young summer night running wild across endless star-filled skies a lost child searching an answer that's right in the tiled questions within Heaven's eyes Your words are impressive, I mean really! I read what Nancy wrote, and yes that song comes to mind. Yoss/Wilfred Yeats, posted the words to that song in another forum that inspired him to write one of his many wonderful poems. "I'll be a dandy and I'll be a rover you'll know who I am by the song that I sing" *Bless him* You triggered a nice thought with this poem of yours...it is lovely Craig~ Thanks~ |
