Love has strengthened my heart, Increased my skill in the martial arts. It triples my speed and doubles my power, Making each second last an hour. Each of us desires this gift, Each of us wishing to feel the lift. But most seek out what they think they must, Many seek not love, but lust! I, however, look with my heart, For it has played a greater part. Why seek Heaven and settle for Hell? Why leave when they're ill and stay when they're well? I'd go while they're well and able to stand, Then I'd go off and explore the land. But when my friends and loved ones are sick, I don't throw a punch or even a kick! Instead I show them how much I care, I stay and help them while few are there. Some say that I do this because I'm weak, Others say it's love I seek. But in the end, who is right? Lust gives weakness, love gives might. What is life without poetry and adventure? |

  BRAVO!!! Oh Liam, this is excellent, sweet friend, I just love the wonderful words you craft, it saddens me so much to see so many men nowadays see tears as a form of weakness but I believe crying only makes aman stronger because they possess the power of compassion, and that is love!
