Dear me, Karilea
My kitty kicking urges
You've now inspired

How I wish my cat
Wouldn't bite when I pet her.
Thank goodness for ski gloves.

Thank goodness also
That Lorelei doesn't catch me
When I tickle hard.

'Cat food' has meaning
When the only pet around
Is a hungry dog.

How I wish that cats
Could be more like footballs
With a goalpost near.

Three points or just one,
A worthy goal for Long John
Sudden death overtime.

Its up, long enough....
Will it be good? YES! It is!
Long John wins the game!

Oh oh.... Karilea.
Nowhere to run with my guilt.
My poetry ends.
