Anniversary Silence We picked and played at the day of reckoning Summer solstice How better to greet the summer In rays of trade Singles Coupling life It was good, that summer, Sights saw fingers entwined Images of two in love Where did they go? Too soon There was no more play in summer rain Oh but look at the ages Careful of stages Counter and point Asking one grow old with me But too soon, too soon Summer rain still calls me You stick still, belay default Puddles call me And I no longer entice you Follow me Follow me Till death do us part Does death of romance count Or only death of breath We picked a day to couple us forever The longest day of the year Somehow The nights are longer still |

very poignant write Lady, and yep, gotta agree with DS on this one. Well done. I could have missed the pain, but I'd have had to miss the dance~~(Garth) |

If only another had written this, perhaps the message would be the difference. Wonderful writing, as usual, MS White. |

"Till death do us part Does death of romance count Or only death of breath We picked a day to couple us forever The longest day of the year Somehow The nights are longer still" (tears fall down my cheeks) This is so very heartaching, sweet friend, I hope now that this sadness no longer relates to you and now the days are as long as can be while the nights are always speckled with bright stars and comets tails that whisper sweet smiles of love to you! (kiss on cheek) This is a heartfelt write, sweet friend, happy first day of summer, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

What a wonderful choice of days for marrying.. If only love could grow, keeping bonds tied together and not letting them loosen so.. Great write, Lady.. |

The frustration of remembering when the fires burned...stoking the flames with the passion of new love... Now...looking at the ash, cold in the hearth...years since the glow of warmth lit up the room of a marital home... Ever beautiful, truly sad... Hugs Lady... |
