Not everything which seems... is. from out of want we assume, assumptions used to quell conscience. as honey to the palate, the warmth of red wine to the belly, so is the belief of what is assumed. Yet, as smoke in the eyes and vinegar to the lips, the truth is, when exposed. Jagged edges reek havoc. amidst, tears of regret boil down sad cheeks. I repeat no failure past, but awakened by self scrutiny, altering tides I now control, directing the breeze of care, to still. To no surprise is your surmise. still I tell you everything silently. there's no need for words of hello till the lions forget who's their prey hold your peace for that day.
