Nothing much to say....but it's a crystalline poem. Certainly very crystalline. I have no idea what that means... : ) It ends abruptly, just kind of fading away... Snowstorm Have you ever stood out in the wind and the snow and become a monolith in a world of white? Have you ever pushed out the cold and the ice and looked at life through frost-tinted eyes? Have you ever thought of your invading shape the color of paint? When all dies to the touch, it's best to be white. Have you ever? Have you ever? Waited to bloom? Stunning. I love how it's so simple and pure. Absolutely wonderful imagery. It brings me back to my early childhood. You cheered me up very well with this refreshing poem. Thank you! |
