Warning

Reticulate or fix the stake
This misanthrope would fix a wake
He is the wind now moves the swell
And the movement leads straight to hell.

The larger mass must stop and think
We sit upon the very brink.
Apocalypse is set to ride
There is no place for us to hide.

It’s now or never stand up tall
Hear and see the signs that call
It leaps in every wave of light
The reapers blade that sweeps the night

If not for now then future time
Ring those bells of warnings chime.
We must revolt with timely speed
The time is now with jolt and deed.

And if you cannot leave your nest
Than God will grant you do your best.

Seymour darling heart this is exceptional, it truly is one of your deeper meaning ones that call on the human race to take stock of what is we are doing to Mother Earth. Whenever you raise the banner of awareness, I’m forced to re-evaluate the meaning of life.

This is exceptional writing as always your writing is so very very special and I love it utterly.

You know when I do eventually get in here I run as fast as my little fingers can carry me to your poem, where in contentment I sit myself down at the feet of the master and gaze in wonder at you. drinking in the sparkling air that is finer, and more rarefied around you than almost anywhere else. What I’m trying to say and taking far too long about it is I love your writing. This is another of your utter delights and I love it utterly utterly utterly.
Love and light
as always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

Sy...I try my best most every day
e'en though by end I'm frayed
for it seems on air to float
that others think to get my goat

but I'll persist, I know I will
as I lean on windowsill
and hear the words that poets speak
that for the better, I shall seek

so let me walk beside the you
that holds the fantasy I would view

All warnings should be so poetically poignant and so clever of vocabulary and cadence. That first verse stands alone in its impact, imagery and intend...very cool penning me Stinkylove. You keep writing like this and Mother Nature is gonna fall for ya like Tinkerbell did

*ww*

If all the tear drops went to heaven
And if all the pain was confined ...
Would I be your salvation
could I make your spirit shine.
