I walk this path of the yet unknown
a voyage to the mystic zone.
My mind plays visions of unseen
into the 'morrow, I follow a dream.

The places and faces yet obscure
it beckons to me, I feel the lure.
Held in spell of what's yet to be
softly it whispers, inviting me.

Mists of the past are left behind
tomorrow is holding what I'll find.
Journeys of a lifetime I will take
cherished memories, I'll not forsake.

Endlessly searching to find the dawn
yesteryears faded, but never gone.
Seeking tomorrow, my soul will soar
into distant realms of the future...

Walk with me, come take my hand
travel this journey into tomorrow land.

Enjoy life, this is NOT a dress rehearsal.

You've penned a mystical beauty here Donna...
definately in sync with your pen name

Tell me we belong together
Dress it up with the trappings of love
Ill be captivated, Ill hang from your lips
Instead of the heartache from above

Superb! Especially this:
quote:

yesteryears faded, but never gone.
Seeking tomorrow, my soul will soar
into distant realms of the future...

Keep looking to the future and new dreams will await you there...loved this ~D~!

These two verses give much promise as well as the awareness of it.  Spoken very well here.

Walk with me, come take my hand
travel this journey into tomorrow land.

Then after hearing your invitation......offering your own.  Just as it should be.

Your cadence in this piece is well refined and the flow one of your smoothest yet.  I especially liked the way you softened the rhyme in the last verse before the couplet....sort of silently speaks of what the future should be in our minds.  Very nice write.
