This will be at the head table at our reunion for those who passed away along with their pictures. It's held in their names. In Memory Of: Margaret "Muggs" Wallace, (My Grandmother) Warren "Newie" Wallace (My Father) George Leonard Wallace (Uncle) Robert Benson Wallace (Uncle) John Thomas Wallace (Uncle) Richard Lee Wallace (Uncle) Above All Oh, how good fortune can vanish like dust in the wind And, at this moment we wish life the same Here's our attempt to hold family in the arms of sweetness As you watch us here today in your name... Above all know that we carry a little of each of you Along with us on this day we're given Not only to rise from what we know lies resting But, to remember you among the living... Above all your light's just to bright to pass by A little of your soul lingers in this place So, allow us to roam yesterdays valley awhile And, to this new memory we're about to make... You'll view a familiar face or two here today And, witness the hearts here about to hold on To what you left behind; something we've been able to find And, just another moment that'll be long gone... But, above all, we've kept us as close as we could You were in the middle of every prayer prayed And, from each of our pasts lies something that lasts As we know true gems never fade... You're our own hearts alibi to what's inside Above all you're where family lies So, as we now fulfill God's earthly will May, today the sun, the earth, and the winds stand still... (big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, I cried reading this because it is sooooooo beautiful and I agree it belongs at the head of the table as it is a special honor to dedicate to all your loved ones! (kiss on cheek) May your love together always soar above all, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Saunni, thank you for sharing!
