I can’t change how I feel
My desire for my dream is real

But I can’t have what I seek
So I often hide the tears I weep

You want me for your wife
That makes me committed to you, for all my life

I must forsake my quest to gain
What I cant have, continuing to seek it
Will only bring me
Pain

But it’s etched deep in my mind
So I struggle to let go and pray you’ll be kind

I’m giving up all I’ve sought
For love is more powerful, so I’ve been taught

It hurts to let go of my wishes
But I forget it all, when I feel your gentle kisses

It hurts to let go of my wishes
Bit I forget it all, when I feel your gentle kisses

It always hurts but life is always waiting for you. It may be hard but you have to do what your heart tells you. thx for sharing

Without dreams we are nothing. Hang on to them. They make us able to deal with reality on a day to day basis.
